Terms & Conditions

PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THIS WEBSITE. All users of this site agree that access to and use of this site are subject to the following terms and conditions and other applicable law. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, please do not use this site. 

Guarantee/Warranty

All parts are guaranteed to be top quality merchandise. Defective merchandise can be replaced for free in most cases. Customer shall notify Showroom Motorsports within 48 Hours of defect discovery. We reserve the right to withhold refund until defective part has been examined and tested.  Any warranties on products sold by Showroom Motorsports are those offered by the Manufacturer of the product, NOT by Showroom Motorsports.  Customer understands that any and all warranties are voided if any product defect has been caused in part or whole by negligence, improper installation, lack of proper maintenance, abuse, misuse, accident, floor or fire. Customer also understands that there is no warranty whatsoever, express or implied, on any parts used for competition, track events, racing or purposes other than which they were intended.  Customer understands that Showroom Motorsports will not be liable for any special, incidental or consequential damages or for loss, inconvenience, damage or expense directly or indirectly arising from the use (or inability to use) or a third party unauthorized use, of any product or its components, either separately or in combination with other equipment, or for commercial loss of any kind, regardless whether Showroom Motorsports had been advised of such possibility.

Product Use & Disclaimer

It is the responsibility of the customer to see that the use of their vehicle and items purchased comply with federal, state, and local regulations. The customer is responsible for seeing that the items are installed, used, and maintained properly, and that the items purchased are the correct application for the customer's car, unless the customer specifically asks for fitment advise.  Customer understands that he assumes all liability and risk associated with the use of products sold by Showroom Motorsports.  Showroom Motorsports assumes no responsibility for any damage to persons or property as a result of product misuse or mis-installation. Seek professional installation wherever applicable or necessary.  Furthermore, by purchasing a product through Showroom Motorsports, you agree to and acknowledge that you wholly and completely understand and agree to the product description as listed on each individual product page.  As always, if you need any clarifications, please contact us prior to ordering.

Cancellations

Order cancellations will be entertained only if the goods have not been shipped, excluding "special order" & "custom built to order" items (see below). A refund will be issued only after deduction of 5% of total order value towards banking expenses.  Certain items that are not stocked, such as tires, do carry restocking fees that vary from 10-25%. 

"Special Order" & "Custom Built to Order" Products

Due to the nature of special order and custom built to order products, there are absolutely no returns or cancelations allowed once the order is placed.  While we do our best to control and monitor build times, Showroom Motorsports is NOT responsible for delays by the manufactures.  We do our best to quote the most up to date build time estimate to the customer before their order, and this information is directly relayed to us from the manufacturer.  We will do our best to accommodate special order changes (eg. color, finish, offset, etc.) when requested in a timely matter. The ability to change special orders will be left solely to the discretion of our vendors and manufacturers. Special order items include but are not limited to the following:

• Carbon Fibre valued over $400 or more

• Big Brake Packages

• Suspension systems

• Exhaust Systems

• All Wheel & Tire Packages or wheel sets in custom colors

• Any other items otherwise indicated on a product page listed as a special order item

Returns/Exchanges

If you need to return or exchange an item that is eligible for returns/exchanges (not a special order or built to order product), please contact us prior to doing so.  With the exception of returns caused by our error, shipping costs both to and from the customer for returned items will be the customer's responsibility & restocking fees of 10-25% will be assessed.  For questions regarding returns/exchanges policy for international orders, please email or call customer service. 

Closeouts

Showroom Motorsports will perioidically offer discontinued or remaining inventory on "Closeout". Closeout items, unless otherwise stated, are sold "as is" and do not qualify for product returns/exchanges for any reason including incorrect orders, non-compatibility or defective products. Customer is fully aware of all risks involved before purchasing. 

Refused Shipments

For any shipments that are refused, you will be automatically charged $25 or a $25% restocking fee, whichever is greater to cover costs associated with processing, inspecting and restocking your order and return.  Shipping costs (both ways) will not be reimbursed if a refund is requested.
