Shipping Policy

Turnaround

All orders are shipped within 48 hours Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm.

We use the following carriers to deliver our orders:

USPS
UPS
FedEx

Order Tracking

If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information at the time of shipment. Please note that some orders using 1st Class USPS mail will not have tracking numbers. 

Shipping Rates

The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location.   

Back Orders 

If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available, we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling fees for the second shipment

International Shipping

Showroom Motorsports welcomes international orders; however, our site does not accept interntional orders directly.  Please contact us to place your order and receive a shipping estimate for the items that you are looking to purchase. 

Return Policy

How To Return An Item
Your item must be in its original, unused condition to be returned.  Merchandise that has been installed, used, or altered in any way will not be accepted for return or exchange.
With the exception of returns caused by our error, shipping costs both to and from the customer for returned items will be the customer's responsibility.
You must return the item within 14 days of delivery.  Defective products are subject to manufacturers warranty. 
 
1. Please email info@showroom-motorsports.com to verify that your item is eligible for returns and to request a return authorization number.
 2.  Once a RAN is issued, please re-package the item carefully and insure the package when shipping as we are not responsible for damage during the return shipping.  Include in your package the original receipt as well as return authorization number. 

Return Exceptions

Due to the nature of special order and custom built to order products, there are absolutely no returns or cancelations allowed once the order is placed. Special order items include but are not limited to the following:

• Carbon Fibre valued over $400 or more

• Big Brake Packages

• Suspension systems

• Exhaust Systems

• All Wheel & Tire Packages or wheel sets in custom colors

• Any other items otherwise indicated on a product page listed as a special order item

Restocking Fee

All items are subject to a 15-25% restocking fee depending on the type of item, and this will be deducted from your refund along with the original shipping and handling charges.
